Cardio Bellydance with Dolphina
I just tried Cardio Bellydance with Dolphina. I really liked the moves and Dolphina is a really good instructor. I started to enjoy dancing too, even though I have two left feet. But you can't really call it a Cardio workout..it does give a good workout to your hips and stomach muscles, but it doesn't get your heart rate up or tire you out like proper cardio workouts do. But I guess its got to be really good for someone like me, who wants to lose their belly fat.

Pledged my eyes today
I feel like I've really done something with my life today because I pledged my eyes and all the organs of my body. Well it didn't really go that well with my family, as I'm just in my late 20s and they think its too soon to think of death and what is to be done with my body when I die. They're still worried that I am thinking of killing myself!(which I'm not, by the way!)
I think its never too late to think about death...many of us live life like we are never going to die, but life can end anytime. Especially in India, so many things seem to keep happening, the mortality rate seems to be so high. I think its great if your family knows what exactly is to be done when you do die. I for one, don't want to be cremated...as is the Hindu custom. I really want to be buried and I want a tree planted over it, so that I can be useful as manure even after death...I don't want to cause pollution by being burnt!
If anyone wants to pledge their eyes, please go to www.ebai.org for information. And also please visit www.mohanfoundation.org to get a donor card to donate either your eyes or any other vital organs. You will be doing a GREAT favour to the person who would recieve it and of course get a lot of blessings and good wishes which is something we all need in great measure!
